Hit ‘Request to Schedule’ below and I’ll follow-up with a brief online questionnaire for you and to schedule our call.
The therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client will greatly impact your results & satisfaction, so these intro calls are important for us both but we can keep this convo easy and relaxed (and it’s free!)👍
We can schedule a call or virtual meeting—with or without video—as is best for you. Therapy is a big investment and seeking the therapist that feels best for you can add to the overwhelm. I’m happy to help!

If you decide I’m the best fit for your needs, the next step will be to complete legally required forms and assessments to set-up your client record and guide our planning process.
The first session is longer than the rest of our sessions, which are typically 50 minutes, especially if you’re using insurance (a diagnosis is necessary to justify coverage).
We’ll use the extra time to complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment that will shape our goals and strategies for success.
90 minutes ($150).

The frequency & duration of sessions vary depending on each client’s unique goals, along with the types of therapies that are incorporated.
However, a weekly 50 to 60-minute session for about 8 weeks is an average level of engagement necessary for clients to maximize & sustain the benefits of therapy*.
Regular psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes ($100).
Occasional extended sessions, if needed, are 75 minutes ($125) or 90 minutes ($150).
*Clients who consistently practice skills gained in therapy between each session are more likely to achieve & maintain desired results, & may do so in fewer sessions.😉

I provide & tailor workshops & other group support services to meet diverse well-being goals in community & organizational settings. Here are some examples of groups I’ve enjoyed facilitating:

❇️A harm reduction model support group for folks struggling with addiction.
❇️Leadership development, team building, & other supportive trainings to enhance organizational culture & climate, e.g. nonprofit board member trainings.
The format & costs of group services will be adapted based on considerations for each group.
As a reference, the standard iREST Yoga Nidra group workshop format is a 60-75 minute weekly workshop for 6 weeks, with a fee of $180 per participant ($30 per session).
